Breakers Resort Policies
- The guest named in the guest confirmation will be held responsible to comply with all terms and conditions of the reservation and the resort rules.
- It is the guest's responsibility to ensure they are aware of the resort facilities and utility charges, as well as breakage and additional fees payable on check in. Properties located within a conservation area may charge the relevant conservation fees on arrival.
- All guests are to comply with and observe all rules applicable to the resort.
- It is the guest's duty to ensure that any special requirements (e.g.: wheelchair friendly etc.) are made or requested directly with the resort.
- Guest confirmations and identity books, identity cards or passports must be presented on check in before occupation will be allowed.
- Check in times indicated on the guest confirmation should be strictly adhered to as these are set by the resort. Access to rooms/apartments/chalets will only be granted on or after arrival time reflected above and resorts require direct notification in the event of arrivals after 16h00.
- There must not be more than the allowed number of occupants in a room/apartment/chalet. These are stipulated by the resort and indicated on your guest confirmation. Resorts will grant occupation to no more than the maximum party size reflected above (regardless of age).
- Upon arrival you will be required to complete and sign a resort indemnity and registration card.
- The resort indemnity and registration card must be handed in on check-in before your keys will be issued.
- Rooms are allocated on the day of arrival; therefore, specific room numbers cannot be guaranteed.
- Neither pets nor motorcycles are allowed at certain resorts. Please check directly with the resort before arrival.
- Whilst the resort shall do its best to allocate you a single unit for the entire duration of your stay, there is, no guarantee that they will be able to do so, and there is a slight chance that you may be required to move units during your stay.
Important: Only the guest whose name appears on this document will be permitted occupation. Guests must present proper identification when checking in at the resort.
